„New Horizons, New Partnerships“, Project Building Activity in Italy

Project took place in Arezzo, Italy from 30th March to 5th April 2015 and it was organized by organization named Eurobox. There were about 20 participants from 9 countries and 2 trainers from Spain and Italy. The main idea of the PBA was to give a space for discussing, developing and sharing good practices on how to use mobility projects as a learning tool for youngsters and youth workers. We obtained knowledge about possibilities that Erasmus Plus and other EU programmes offer, but we also developed new common projects and shared our experiences. After the week I can say we all got a lot of new partners for new projects that will hopefully take place sooner or later.

Training Course in Turkey

Every year millions of people die from wrong interventions. The reason is that most people do not have enough knowledge about what they should do in an emergency situation. Sometimes a piece of first aid knowledge can save a person's life. According to the report published by Turkish Health Ministry in 2011, the first 5 minutes is 5 times more important than the rest minutes for the wounded victim to survive him or her. With this project, we aimed to come together with young people from different parts of Europe to share the information about first aid techniques for emergencies and also learn different intervention techniques. The project was implemented in Aksaray city in Turkey. The activities of the project were between 17-25 July 2016. The activity was a training course and it lasted 7 days. 29 youth workers came from 6 countries (Turkey, Estonia, Bulgaria, Malta, Lithuania and Romania). The Youth Exchange "Volunteers Without Borders" in Slovenia

‘Volunteers without Borders’ an Erasmus+ Youth in Action project was located in the Mansion Rakičan near Murska Sobota, Slovenia. The project was held between 30th September and 8th October 2019, involving 37 Slovenian, Romanian, Croatian, Hungarian, Lithuanian and Estonian young people between 17 and 30 years old from different backgrounds and institutions.  The main goals of the project were to familiarize participants with the concept of volunteering and the  impact on the local environment, to develop their self-esteem and confidence and to get to know vulnerable groups including minorities of the Pomurje region, which the project helped through volunteering. Our activities involved learning about volunteering work through practical examples. Noortevahetus Eestis

Augusti eelviimasest kolmapäevast kuni septembri esimese pühapäevani toimus Valgamaal Helme vallas Marja talus loomakaitse teemat käsitlev rahvusvaheline noortevahetus, mis tõi kokku 33 aktiivset noort kuuest erinevast riigist – Eestist, Itaaliast, Hispaaniast, Rumeeniast, Sloveeniast ja Leedust. ELi toel ja noortegrupi Valgamaa Seiklejad (osa noorteorganisatsioonist Seiklejate Vennaskond) korraldamisel läbi viidud projekti „Active Caring!“ („Aktiivne hoolimine!“) eesmärk oli läbi mitteformaalse õppe tõsta teadlikkust loomade õigustest ja heaolust, jagada kogemusi erinevate riikide vahel ning innustada noori aktiivselt loomade õigustega tegelema. Noortevahetus sai alguse Tartust, kust pärast linnaga tutvumist liiguti Tõrvasse. Ametliku programmi esimene päev viis seltskonna Tõrva tänavatele fotojahti pidama.
