This study visit was directed on the overall topic of migration in all of the countries represented in this project. The main focus was to learn about the case studies done in Turkey (since this was the project country) and also share all of our own experiences and situations in our countries. In this project, 9 countries were represented. After getting to know each other, all the participants shared the situations in their countries related to migrants and refugees. This was extremely informing for us, because it was great to get more knowledge on the topic.  We also had a chance to explore the beautiful city of Diyarbakir, which is the unofficial Kurdish capital. We experienced the rich culture through food, music and dances. One of the main parts of this project was to hear about the local activities that help migrants and refugees in that area. Kui teemaks on migratsioon, siis vist ei ole Euroopa siseselt küll paremat paika õppevisiidi korraldamiseks, kui seda on Saksamaa. Just sinna suundusimegi  16. mail koos teise Eestit esindava osalejaga. Majutus oli broneeritud pealinna hotellis, mis asus vaid jalutuskäigu kaugusel Berliini müürist. Meie üllatuseks toimus migratsiooniteemalise  õppevisiidiga paralleelselt ka teine projekt, mille teemaks oli naiste genitaalide mutilatsioon (ingl. Keeles female genital mutilation e FGM). Meie jaoks tähendas see seda, et osalejate arv oli seeläbi kahekordne ning nende rahvuslikud taustad ka selle võrra mitmekesisemad. Üldjuhul on Euroopa-välised osalejariigid pigem erand, ent põhjusel, et  FGM teema on rohkem aktuaalsem just Euroopast välja jäävates riikides, leidus osalejaid nii Aasiast kui ka Aafrikast – oli nii jordaanlasi, egiptlasi kui ka tuneeslasi.
