Youth Exchnage "#YouthemployE+" in Romania

This project was funded by funds granted by the European Commission through the Erasmus Plusprogram.

The group consisted of 44 young people, aged between 18-30 (including 6 group leaders), from the 6 partner countries. The young people participated in various non-formal education activities aimed at: developing the skills, abilities, attitudes and knowledge on how to find a job, to draw up a CV and to attend an interview.

Mobility period - youth exchange: 11-18.11.2020
The location of the youth exchange: Horezu, Valcea.

The main objectives of this exchange of young people are:

1. All 44 participants can correctly use 3 job search platforms (country specific) and understand how they can correlate their skills with that of the employer.
2. The 44 participants have a new Europass CV and a letter of motivation that can be adapted for different jobs.
3. The 44 participants know the steps they need to take in order to be interviewed and have improved their communication skills for the interview.
4. At least 80% of the participants applied for at least 20 jobs, 70% of them were interviewed and at least 50% of them found a job.

1. the 44 young participants
2. young people from the local community from Horezu as well as from the partner

Training course "You CREATE - Coaching, Empowering and Activating!" in Spain

During 19th to 25th of January 2018 we took part on a training course in Spain, San Esteban de Gormaz. "You CREATE - Coaching, Empowering and Activating!" Involved 8 partnering countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Macedonia, Romania and Spain). During the course we went trough various self-assessments to learn to know our strenghts, interests and traits which can be used to improve the visibility on the road to employement. The course was organized by a inspiring NGO named Asociación Asekas . Their welcoming and introduction to Spanish culture was really one of a kind. Also the venue was on a territory of a public school, providing us with the invaluable experience to see the school setting of a scholar, activites and traditions of local youth in the form of their presence and various picture-mosaiques and newspaper-cut outs on the walls. Training Course in Turkey

Every year millions of people die from wrong interventions. The reason is that most people do not have enough knowledge about what they should do in an emergency situation. Sometimes a piece of first aid knowledge can save a person's life. According to the report published by Turkish Health Ministry in 2011, the first 5 minutes is 5 times more important than the rest minutes for the wounded victim to survive him or her. With this project, we aimed to come together with young people from different parts of Europe to share the information about first aid techniques for emergencies and also learn different intervention techniques. The project was implemented in Aksaray city in Turkey. The activities of the project were between 17-25 July 2016. The activity was a training course and it lasted 7 days. 29 youth workers came from 6 countries (Turkey, Estonia, Bulgaria, Malta, Lithuania and Romania). Noortevahetus "Face to Face" Eestis

28.04-05.05 toimus Kivi turismitalus, Viljandimaal noortevahetus, mille teemaks oli soorollide vägivald. Noortevahetuses osalesid noored vanuses 15-17a ja olid nad Gruusiast, Ukrainast, Itaaliast, Hispaaniast ja Eestist. 29.04 Olime öösel Kivi turismitallu kohale jõudnud ja umbes kahe ajal magama saanud, ärkasime hommikul poole kümne ajal. Me ei tundnud veel üksteist väga, seega oli esimene päev mõeldud tutvusmiseks. Esimesed tutvumismängud olid sellised, kus pidime oma nime ütlema ja veidi koostööd tegema. Peale lõunat ehitasime etteantud vahenditega silda, kui kuulsime, et selleks on 40min, siis ei saanud keegi aru, miks nii kaua aega on vaja, aga lõpus jäi kõigil aega puudu. Õhtuks olime enam vähem kõik juba tuttavad, ning peale õhtusööki tegime juba ise asju koos. Õhtu lõpuks olime mingi seltskonnaga kellegi toas ja jagasime muljeid esimesest päevast ja oma riigi kultuurist ja traditsioinidest. See oli hämmastav, kui ruttu sõpradeks saime! Minu meelest, oli see üks lõbus
